Jim WhiteJames (Jim) White has extensive development experience, having spent decades in site selection, development and leadership roles at various industrial focused real estate development firms. As a Director of National Development for US Capital Development, Jim leads USCD’s industrial speculative development platform and assists in procuring capital sources for these projects.

Prior to joining USCD, Jim was a Partner with Ridgeline Property Group, responsible for national build‐to‐suit and speculative development projects in strategic markets throughout the United States. Jim also previously held roles as the Chief Operating Office for the Industrial Division of Johnson Development Company, Inc (JDA) where he was procuring and managing a collective 7.1 million square feet of development for occupants like Amazon, Mars, Vitamin Shoppe, Walmart and Lumber Liquidators. Prior to that, Jim spent 11 years acting as First Vice President and Global Services Officer at Prologis, managing dozens of global accounts and directing the development of 21.9 million square feet of build-to-suit and speculative development project, as well as acquisitions of industrials facilities.

Jim holds a BBA from Western Michigan University with majors in Accounting & Business Law, and as well has attended the University of Michigan. Jim was also a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells in Detroit, Michigan from 1979-1982.
