As Managing Principal for US Capital Development, Scott Sachtleben identifies and implements the company’s strategic vision, initiatives, and real estate opportunities, as well as overseeing all of USCD’s operations and partner relations. Under his leadership, USCD is dedicated to creating successful, long-term relationships with its real estate clients and capital partners through consistent, high-quality projects delivered on time and on budget.
Prior to his role with USCD, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Development for The Desco Group in St. Louis. Previously, Scott was a senior partner with the Greensfelder law firm in St. Louis, specializing in a broad practice of real estate development and finance.
Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Highest Honors from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
