Alex Hazel, US Capital Development Director of Capital Markets and Operations, has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate financing. Alex is responsible for coordinating capital markets and debt financing, as well as performing credit underwriting, financial modeling, and preparation of investment offering memorandums at USCD.
Prior to joining USCD, Alex was a Vice President at Associated Bank where he financed over $250 million of commercial real estate construction loans and managed a CRE portfolio of over $350 million. Alex also previously worked at KeyBank Real Estate Capital within its Capital Markets group where he was involved in financing nearly $1.0 billion in CMBS and Life Company debt.
Alex earned his B.S. in Business Administration/Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Missouri, and studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
