In 2019, US Capital Development completed construction of a 159,806 square foot state-of-the-art build-to-suit facility for Hubbell-Killark, a leading global provider of integrated electrical industrial products. The facility offered Hubbell-Killark the opportunity to integrate their manufacturing operations, office, and warehouse under one roof, resulting in significant efficiencies and benefits for the company. This building was the fourth to be constructed in the Fenton Logistics Park and features a clear height of 28 feet, 9 docking stations, and 2 drive-in doors. Additionally, there are 34 designated parking spaces and a 270-space car parking lot, providing ample and convenient parking options for employees and visitors.
