LKQ Nashville North American Operations HQ

Completed in 2019, the 103,955 SF two story build-to-suit office building is located just outside Nashville, TN. The building is home to LKQ Automotive’ s North American Operations HQ and houses over 600 employees. The project was a culmination of US Capital Development’s relationship with LKQ. USCD has developed several other facilities for LKQ, including a 350,000 SF regional distribution facility in Charlotte, NC. LKQ is a leading distributor and marketer of specialty aftermarket automobile equipment.
