Fenton Logistics Park Building E5 – Fenton, MO

US Capital Development is pleased to announce the completion of a 182,600 square foot build-to-suit facility for 1st Phorm, serving as their Global Headquarters. The facility is located in the Fenton Logistics Park and boasts a range of premium amenities, including an auditorium, a 25,000 square foot fitness center, locker rooms, media rooms, a podcast room, a basketball court, a barbershop, and a 24-hour kitchen, among others. This project is part of our $250 million phased industrial and commercial redevelopment of the former Chrysler Assembly Plant in Fenton, Missouri, and was substantially completed in May 2020.
