Forsyth Pointe
Forsyth Pointe is a 1 million SF world-class mixed use development in the heart of Clayton, MO. The building is located in the heart of downtown Clayton, MO. Located at the corner of Forsyth and North Brentwood boulevards, will encompass two office towers, a 1,200-car parking garage, a one-acre garden terrace on the seventh floor, and retail space on the ground floor. There will be a 7,500-fitness facility located on the terrace level which will be utilized by the tenants of both towers. The building has spectacular views of Shaw Park from the corner of Forsyth and Brentwood Blvd.
Tenants include ElmTree Funds, Barry Wehmiller, and Commerce Bank
The project is being designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, and will feature energy efficient features such as a green roof, and electric vehicle charging stations within the garage.
Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022.
