Mid South Logistics Center (Olive Branch MS)

Mid-South Logistics Center is a 411,600 SF spec distribution facility that was developed alongside WPT .The facility was completed in December 2018 and was fully leased within a year. Tenants include Navistar and Zimmer. The facility is situated in an attractive location near FedEx and UPS Hubs in Olive Branch, MS. The building includes 36’ clear heights, 195 automobile parking spaces, 122 trailer parking spaces, 85 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors and an ESFR sprinkler system. The project is part of USCD’s industrial spec platform.
